The workshop is planned for three days. During the first two days (December 5-6) the workshop will be held in Academia Sinica, Taipei, which has the following address:

There will be a field trip to the Center for Space and Remote Sensing at National Central University, Jhongli and the Tainan Hydraulic Laboratoryat National ChengKung University, Tainan. This field trip requires advance registration. The deadline for the registration is 31 October, 2007.
