Registration

There will be no registration fee charged to our participants, however, the SCSTW do require all participants to complete the registration form( here ), preferably no later than 20 September 2016. The registration form can be sent to SCSTW-9 Secretariat via (scstw_9@163.com) . However, For participants outside of Chinese mainland, early registration no later than 10 September 2016 is strongly recommended to facilitate the visa application.

For inclusion in the proceedings, please submit a one-page long abstract to scstw_9@163.com before 1st October, 2016. The long abstract should follow the style and format of the example here:Template

Participants requiring an entry visa to China are strongly advised to apply for it with the China Embassy or Consulates in your country as soon as possible in order to secure the required entryvisa prior to your departure.

Participants are required to send the basic personal information to Ms ZHANG Lu via email scstw_9@163.com if you need a formal invitation letter.
